Admin & Marketing Service aims to meet the needs of businesses requiring varying hours of administrative or marketing help. It was set up in 2016 by Sarah Curran with the help of funding and mentoring from Waterford Area Partnership.
How does it work?
Instead of employing a staff member, paying employer fees and not always having enough work to meet the agreed contract hours, Admin & Marketing Service is contract free so you pay only for the time required and there is no need to register as an employer. The service aims to be hassle free and therefore Sarah works on-site or collects and returns the necessary paperwork, etc.
For example: A client has a backlog of invoices to send to their customers. Admin & Marketing Service clears the backlog, implements a more efficient invoicing system that best suits the client's method of working and then bills for the hours completed. This invoice can be filed as a business expense. The client has no obligation to provide further hours of work.
